However, please remember that the package will not be provided by Moose Maurice. First of all, it has too many hollows and holes to visit in the forest. Secondly, we do not put our hands to use animals for work, even the fairy-tale ones.

There goes the hedgehog, there goes the hedgehog. Maybe it can sting you too - that's how begins a poem about an animal whose back is covered with tiny needles. Do you want to know the greatest secret of hedgehogs? These needles change three times in a hedgehog's life. When the hedgehog is tiny, the needles are white and completely soft. So soft, in fact, that they don't sting one bit. A baby hedgehog has only 100 needles, but as it grows up, more and harder needles appear on its back. A fully grown up animal, like the one in the picture by NOYA Design, has a lot of needles and, when caught in the hands, can really hurt. Hedgehogs are really big sleepers. They can nap from autumn until spring. This is their way to wait out the winter. Because you should know that they can't stand snow and cold weather. Often in fairy tales, hedgehogs carry red apples on their needles, but in reality they do not eat them at all. Although hedgehogs are small, they like meat. Their treats are insects, beetles, and snails. But, I swear they can also eat snakes, including dangerous adders.
